ArcGIS安装完成arcmap无法启动：
arcmap报错信息
Provide your license server administrator with the following information:
Error Code = -15
Cannot connect to license server system.
The license server manager (lmgrd) has not been started yet,
the wrong port@host or license file is being used, or the
port or hostname in the license file has been changed.

FLEXnet Licensing error:-15,570
在电脑开始左下角找到License Server Administrator，如下图所示：
点开这个 license server administrator然后点启动服务，就可以运行了。
